Bridal Boot Fair Success

We were overwhelmed with the fantastic response we had to our first Bridal Boot Fair this month.

Newlyweds were invited to pitch up a stand in the Dairy Barn to sell on their pre-loved wedding items – we saw some real hidden gems and DIY masterpieces being sold on including dresses, candelabras and hessian runners to jam jars and table planners. The barn was buzzing with activity and there were literally queues of people out of the door waiting to have a browse and grab a bargain.

Meanwhile over in the Threshing Barn, we had a host of carefully selected local suppliers in attendance offering advice and inspiration on everything including photography, flowers and finishing touches to fireworks and entertainment.

Toast Functions were on hand to keep the crowds entertained, showcasing a selection of fantastic acts and our Roots Catering team were busy keeping everyone refuelled with coffee, cakes and delicious pastries.

Following the success of this event, we can’t wait to hold it again next year on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May 2020. So if you have a wedding coming up, make sure you keep hold of your wedding props and decor to sell on to other future brides and grooms to be! We will be releasing the booking details soon.
