  • A welcome tea, coffee, scones and cake served under the peaks or by the Alpacas (weather dependent) from 3pm
  • Sussex farm feast served from 7pm by the Alpacas in our traditional maypole canvas tent
  • Bar service from 6-10pm for guests to enjoy a bespoke cocktail, glass of bubbles or a Southend Lager (drinks are chargeable)

Southend Barns is delighted to offer couples the opportunity to host an unforgettable celebration of their partnership with our Weekend LUXE Edition package that includes every touch of elegance, style and perfection you expect from your special day, starting with afternoon tea, cocktails and a grazing banquet on Friday afternoon, concluding with a sumptuous Sunday brunch.

  • Exclusive hire of Southend Barns, the gardens, and external spaces from Friday to Sunday
  • A secluded country hideaway with car parking for up to 80 cars
  • Dedicated Senior Event Manager to support and manage your dream day
  • Menu meeting with our Executive Chef Dan Clarke
  • Private menu tasting with wine paring and cocktails for up to 6 guests (total)
  • A planning meeting, table design and in-house styling to see all that we offer
  • Accommodation for up to 28 people (adults) in our Bell Tents, Shepherd Hut and Milking Parlour, with breakfast on both Saturday (continental) and Sunday (brunch)
  • Accommodation can be extended by an additional 12 people in the Southend Farm House; please see below; this would be an additional cost
  • On Friday night, meet and mingle for 28 people, including tea and cake on arrival and our Sussex sharing feast. Bar service and drinks would be an additional cost. Additional guests are charged £125 per person
  • Saturday wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast for up to 75 guests; additional guests charged at £175 per person
  • Sunday brunch for 28 guests; additional guests can attend for £75 per person

Opportunity to rent the “LUXE Southend Farmhouse” with accommodation for up to 12 people. Wood fired hot tub, tennis court, heated swimming pool and pool house, outside kitchen. Our lovingly renovated Southend Farmhouse can accommodate up to 12 people and has a heated pool, wood-fired hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and tennis court. Meanwhile, the Milking Parlour is ideal for the special couple, with a private courtyard, a log fire, beautifully decorated interiors, and a well-stocked fridge.

Additional accommodations are also available in the Mama Lou Shepherd Hut, a lavish five-star glamping experience, alongside our luxurious Bell Tents, erected in the tranquillity of our meadow.
