May Menu Tastings

We had a fabulous time on Saturday at our first menu tasting event of the year. It was wonderful to see lots of our couples and serve up delicious food made by our talented team of Roots chefs.

The outdoor tasting took place in our Collecting Yard with patio heaters and blankets available to help keep guests cosy. Couples had the chance to try a variety of canapés including Satay Chicken Skewers, Beef Croquettes and Heirloom Nutbourne Tomato and Beetroot Tarts. We also had taster courses, freshly made Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia bread with flavoured butters and a range of mouth-watering dishes such as Duck Confit Croquettes, Roasted Butternut & Sage Gnocchi, Rump of Lamb with Celeriac Dauphinoise and Chicken Katsu. Not forgetting our delectable desserts: Vanilla & Ginger Panna Cotta and Biscoff Cheesecake finished off with teas, coffees and truffles served from our new Coffee Cart.

As well as the fabulous food, brides and grooms could also find plenty of styling inspiration with the Threshing Barn dressed in our beautifully Boho styling selection with flowers by The Floral Artisan.
